Hello, thank you for contacting us. Do you still have problems with offline map data checksum after download? If so which offline map data did you downloaded when this checksum error was shown?

Thanks for your answer. I have problems with French offline map. Even with the lower version of the world map. I can't download it. I have the check sum error when typing the download button.
My phone is new. I haven't got this issue with my previous Moto g4 phone.

Hello, thank you for contacting us. I am sorry for responding this late. Please try checking stability of your internet connection. Then please when download is in process do not turn off device display or send GPX Viewer PRO into background by opening another app or Android launcher.
