Description

Hello,

When trying to download offline maps the dialog "Retrieving information..." errors with "Error while retrieving offline map data information" (see screenshot).
Is this a networking issue on my side or is there an issue on the server?

I have the same issue on both on my phones.

I tried to attach screenshots but there was an error.
