We recommend you to use a device with higher Android version to be able to use offline maps. Currently, our offline maps are officially compatible with Android 10 and higher. If it is not possible for you to use GPX Viewer PRO on a device with a higher Android version, we can issue a refund for you. Just send us your purchase number which you have received from Google by e-mail after purchasing GPX Viewer PRO. It will have format like: GPA.3254-5061-3245-43578.
