OFFLINE MAPS
Description
For me the APP works perfectly well for all aspects on my ANDROID tablet.
But on my IPHONE XR (up to date ), no.
Shortely, the problem OFFLINE is after closing the APP and reopenning it, maps disappear and I must redownloaded them again ONLINE. (Tested a couple time)

Good afternoon,
thank you for reporting your issue. Currently we are aware of bug that occurs and that is if several offline maps are being downloaded at once, the app crashes. We are working on removing the issue but by that time I would like to ask you to reinstall your application and always download only one offline map at once.

Hi
I have downloaded the offline UK maps,all 4. the isle of man spears to have very little detail . Is this a separate download? The online map is fine and detailed. How do I get this detail of the isle
of man offline.
