I use GPX tracker and have the tracks saved but can open it in this app that I paid for. If that’s a continuous problem can I have my money back.
Hello, thank you for contacting us. I am sorry for this late reply we had problems with notification e-mails. If I understand it correctly, GPX Viewer PRO has problems with opening gpx files. If this is the case, could I ask you to send us some example gpx file, so we can look at it and find where the issue in GPX Viewer PRO is? Then we will be able to fix this issue. Thank you.
