Description

I get the error "Error while retrieving offline map data information" every time when I try to download an offline map. I have the latest Android version.

Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry you are having issues with our offline maps. Please make sure you are using app version 1.50.7, it was released recently and might not be available yet when you wrote this message. This update fixes an issue with offline maps that occurred on some devices. If you are using this version an still get the error message, please try uninstalling GPX Viewer PRO, restarting your device and installing it again.
Please let us know if you manage to download an offline map.
