Hello,
thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, we can't add this map to GPX Viewer PRO because we only support maps with world wide data.
However you can add the map to the app as your custom map, here is an instruction how to do it: https://docs.vecturagames.com/gpxviewer/doku.php?id=docs:faq:how_to:add_custom_online_map
