Description

I have registered a large GPX file. It was saved by the app but not exported to a file. The app is constantly closing and unable to export it. I will have to delete all data and I would like to know if it is posdible to recover the track before.

Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry that you are having issues with exporting your file. Could you please specify if you recorded your GPX file with GPX Viewer PRO? Could I also ask you to send us a screen recording showing how you try to export your file and what happens after it?

Hello Olga,

Yes, I used GPX Viewer Pro. I was able to stop (Picture1) and give the name to the track (Picture2), but before appearing the file explorer to save (Picture3), the app closed down. Since then I try to open again the app but it gets frozen and closes again and again.

I don't know why, but the track has finally loaded successfully and I have been able to save it, so the problem has been solved.

I did nothing special. I tried to open the app many times and one of them it could open the track successfully.
