Thank you for reaching out to us. GPX Viewer PRO doesn’t require a password. If you would like to log in to our web app Trackbook, you can reset your password by going to https://trackbook.com, clicking on the "Did you forget your password?" button in the upper left part of the screen, and following the further instructions.
