Every time when I'm trying to download an offline map, immediate an error message appears: error retrieving offline map information.
In Dutch: error bij het ophalen van offline kaart informatie.

Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. The problem with downloading offline maps occurs because your device has a low Android version. Currently our offline maps are officially compatible with Android version 10 and higher. We recommend you to update your Android version (if there is a higher one available for your device) or use a device with higher Android version to be able to use our offline maps. If this is not suitable for you, we can issue a refund to you.
