error downloading offline maps
Description
Hello support,
I use and love gpx viewer pro on my gslaxy a72 for years (and did not change the settings).
Now I installed the pro version on an older samsung (sm a510 f).
imprting settings from a72 worked fine.
but downloading ogfline maps brings error "Fehler beim holen von offline karten informationen".
internet access schould work since I removed and re-installed the app without any problem.
what can I do?

Hello Jürgen,
thank you for reaching out to us. The problem with offline maps occurs because your device has a low Android version. Currently our offline maps are compatible with Android version 10 and higher. We recommend you to use a device with higher Android version to be able to use our offline maps.
