for a few days now it is no longer possible to download offline maps, the download indicator remains stuck at 0% after which the download times out

Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. We are currently in the process of generating a new version of the offline maps, and unfortunately, we’ve encountered a technical issue. Once the new version of the offline maps is ready, the maps will be available to download again. This may take up to 1-2 days.
