Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. You probably mean Trackbook password, as GPX Viewer PRO doesn't require password. To reset Trackbook password open https://trackbook.online/ and click Did you forget your password? button, which is located in the upper left corner of the screen above the Login button. In the opened window enter the email you used to register on Trackbook and click Reset password button. You will receive an email with further instructions.
