Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. The problem with offline maps occurs because your device has a lower Android version. Currently our offline maps are compatible with Android version 10 and higher. We recommend you to use a device with higher Android version to be able to use our offline maps (unfortunately, the highest Android version for Samsung Galaxy J3.6 is 7.1.1). If using another device is not suitable for you, we can issue a refund to you.
