Error while retrieving offline map data information

Hello,
the earliest Android version officially compatible with our offline maps is Android 10, on our device offline maps also work on Android 8. However, we recommend you to use the latest Android version available for your device.

I found a way to update to Android 11 and the issue has now been resolved - I can download and view offline maps again.
For those who might look this up - if you have an Android device that no longer supports updates, look into flashing your device's ROM but please do the research first. I used Lineage OS with good success. This WILL void your device's warranty and should not be considered a "technical fix".
