Off track alert not sounding when screen is off
Description
I would like to have off track alerts when my screen is turned off to save battery. How do i do that?

Hello, thank you for contacting us. I am sorry for this late reply we had problems with notification e-mails. Unfortuantely this is not possible due to battery optimization when device screen is turned off for almost all devices. But if you want you can try disabling battery optimization: https://android.gadgethacks.com/how-to/android-basics-disable-doze-app-standby-for-individual-apps-0168960 and https://help.republicwireless.com/hc/en-us/articles/115011622327-How-to-Turn-off-the-Battery-Saver.
