No distance markers are available under iOS.
I own both iOS android GPXviewer Pro, and i have to say the ios version is not really a finished product. Please make it on par with the Android version.

Hello, thank you for contacting us. We are continuously working on GPX Viewer PRO on iOS. It is in development only for 1 year whereas Android version is in development for 7 years, so it is not possible to match it soon. However we are working on it. If you are not satisfied with iOS version, you can send request to Apple for a refund.
