Hello,
thank you for reaching out to us. GPX Viewer PRO itself doesn't require password. Did you probably mean our web app Trackbook? To reset Trackbook password go to https://trackbook.online/ and click "Did you forget your password?" button, it is located in the upper right corner of the screen above login button, in the opened window enter the email you registered on Trackbook with and press reset password button.
