Description
App kept crashing and freezing up making me force quit. I had to uninstall the app to get it work but came back to find all my tracks and waypoints have been removed from my account. I would love all my data back as I enjoy using this app and want to continue to do so. But without the tracks I have made previously it makes me want to remove the app and try a different one. I hope you guys are able to recover my old tracks.

Hello, thank you for contacting us. We are very sorry about this. There was a critical bug causing it to crash, unfortunately we cannot recover your tracks. We will try our best for this to not happen again.
