Thank you for your question. Currently it is not possible to transfer the license between android device and ios device, since these two platforms dont cooperate. At the moment the only option is to buy subscription also for iOS.

Good afternoon,
you need to download the app from the App store, if the email you are signed in to the app store is the same one as the one you were buying your application with, you will be able to download it without further puchase.
