The number indicates your current elevation above the sea level.

Thanks for your answer.

Then i can say the numbers are wrong. It doesn't indicate the good elevation. There is a différence between the number displayed and reality.

Yes, unfortunately GPS on the mobile devices is not always accurate when displaying the elevation. The accuracy alters from device to device.
